As President and CEO of Elevate Indianapolis, Aaron leads his team forward to fulfill their mission of building long-term, life-changing relationships with Indianapolis urban youth, equipping them to thrive and contribute to their community.
He shares how partnerships and collaboration are at the core of Elevate’s ability to execute their mission and serve students in IPS schools through their before and after school programming. Elevate currently has divided their Pipelines geographically by the schools they serve:
East Pipeline includes Arsenal Tech High School, H.L. Harshman Middle School, Theodore Potter Elementary School #74, Purdue Polytechnic High School – Englewood, Paramount Middle School – Englewood, and Thomas D. Gregg Elementary School #15
Northwest Pipeline includes George Washington High School, Matchbook Learning (k-8) #63, and Shortridge High School.
