Alongside his corporate leadership, he actively engages in various community and healthcare initiatives, co-chairing the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/showcase\/indiana-mental-health-roundtable\/\">Indiana Mental Health Roundtable <\/a>and contributing to numerous advisory councils and boards, including those of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/school\/marian-university-indianapolis\/\">Marian University<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/scienceiupuialumni\/\">IUPUI School of Science<\/a>, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/the-children's-museum-of-indianapolis\/\">Children\u2019s Museum of Indianapolis<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recognized for his service, Dr. Lechleiter, alongside his wife Sarah, received the Charles L. Whistler Award in 2016 for their commitment to the Indianapolis community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;I think the greatest peril is not keeping in mind the long-term, the reason why you exist. You have a mission, a goal and you want to grow that &#8211; to make it better, strong.
